My second week of this Fit & Fabulous Reboot went pretty well, particularly since it was the week of Thanksgiving and my mom’s birthday was yesterday. I fit in the three workouts I wanted and generally ate well, even on Thanksgiving. I’m really starting to motivate myself better, especially with my eating habits, so I hope that I’ll really start noticing a difference soon.

This week, I want to share some of my favorite songs on my workout playlist. Admittedly, for working out I completely gravitate towards pop music and anything with a great beat. It helps motivate me! Here are some of my favorites, linked to the track on Spotify:
